The North London club are believed to have made contact to gather information about the possibility of signing the Portuguese international before the summer transfer window closes.
Chelsea originally brought Neto to Stamford Bridge after being impressed by his performances during his time with Wolverhampton Wanderers.
The 26-year-old enjoyed a successful first season in west London, helping the Blues secure the Club World Cup and Conference League trophies while also contributing to their top-four Premier League finish.

However, Spurs are not the only club monitoring the situation. Manchester City have also made enquiries, while Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal have reportedly gone a step further by submitting a £60 million offer for the forward.

The report claims that Xabi Alonso regards the Portuguese as a key player for the future, while Chelsea have no desire to sell him this summer.
Neto still has a contract with the West London club until 2031, putting Chelsea in a strong negotiating position. As a result, they have reportedly placed a huge £100 million valuation on the player in an effort to discourage potential suitors.
