However, Christian Falk reports for CFBayern Insider that Kane has sent a “clear signal” of his desire to stay and win trophies in Munich.
Falk stated: *“A former Tottenham manager once claimed Kane wanted to go back to England for Shearer’s record. I can confirm that’s not accurate. He’s far more focused on winning titles with Bayern than chasing that milestone.
Kane has made this clear to the club. A prominent source close to the talks told me Harry loves Bayern, and Bayern loves him back—so a deal will be reached.
Right now, he’s vacationing in the Caribbean; he just celebrated his birthday on Tuesday.
“At 33, it’s great for England if he features in the upcoming Euros hosted in Britain and Ireland. .But he’s also watched Messi and Ronaldo compete in World Cups well into their careers, so he envisions playing in the 2030 World Cup—he desperately wants that trophy.
To stay in the national team picture, he needs a top-club contract; a move to Saudi Arabia, like Ronaldo, wouldn’t suit England’s captain. Kane believes he should be playing in a elite league, and that’s his stance.”*

Falk adds that Bayern plan to offer Kane at least a two-year extension.
His current deal runs until 2027, with the new terms expected to keep him at the club through 2029. The striker would earn roughly €25m gross annually, with no pay cut on the table.
Bayern’s Asian tour ends on August 8, after which direct talks with Kane are slated to begin.
Falk continued: *“That’s why Kane wants a long-term deal. The question is how long—I’ve heard both sides agree on a minimum two-year extension (to 2029).
His current contract expires in 2027. As for wages, both parties are aligned: he’ll earn around €25m gross per year—no reduction. It’s simpler to keep him on that figure with an added year, or he might get a raise for a shorter term.
Official negotiations will kick off once Kane returns from the Asian tour on August 8.”*
