“Good News”- Huge boost as report confirmed 41-G/A start could join Tottenham even if they go down

Former Tottenham Hotspur forward Troy Parrott has recently been linked with a potential return to the north London club.

Since joining AZ Alkmaar in 2024, the 24-year-old has delivered outstanding performances. In his debut season with the Dutch side, he netted 20 goals and provided five assists, and he has followed that up with 30 goals and 11 assists this season. Having established himself as a dependable scorer, Parrott is exactly the kind of player Spurs could benefit from.

According to Football London, Napoli, Real Betis, Ajax, and Bayer Leverkusen are all keeping an eye on his development and could make a move in the summer. Valued at around €25 million, it remains to be seen where the striker will land.

The report also notes that Parrott would be open to rejoining his boyhood club, even if they are relegated at the end of the season. He has always been eager to succeed at Tottenham. Whether Spurs decide to bring him back is still uncertain.

Why Spurs need him.

It’s clear that Tottenham require more firepower up front. Dominic Solanke has struggled for consistency in front of goal, and Randal Kolo Muani is set to leave when his loan spell ends. Signing the 24-year-old Parrott would be a smart move—not just because of his ability, but also because of his evident passion for the club, which fans would appreciate.

A Premier League return would also suit Parrott, who is entering his prime and eager to compete at the highest level. How this story unfolds remains to be seen.
