On talkSPORT, presenter and Spurs supporter Majestic made an emotional appeal for the England captain to rejoin his boyhood club and overtake Shearer’s 260-goal Premier League milestone.
Still, Bayern are confident that their star forward—Tottenham’s all-time top scorer—will agree to a new deal, having settled comfortably in Germany over the past three years.

During the talkSPORT segment, Majestic began his open message with an apology before presenting a bold plan to lure Kane back to North London.

You’ve done it in Germany, you’ve tasted success. I just don’t see Bayern winning the Champions League soon; Arsenal look more likely to lift it.”
Majestic then turned directly to the camera and addressed both Bayern and Kane: “Bayern, you’ve enjoyed your time with Harry, and he’s delivered a league title for you.
We’ll give you the money back—£81 million, the release clause, done, we’ll trigger it right away. Harry, come home. We’ll pay you £400,000 a week, big figures, but he’s worth it, a true global star.”
Chasing Shearer’s record
Kane currently has 213 Premier League goals, just 47 behind Shearer’s all-time mark. During his 14-year senior career at Tottenham, he scored 280 goals in 435 appearances across all competitions and became the first player to net 100 away goals in Premier League history.
