If we’re going to apply the rules consistently, you can’t retroactively wipe out a goal for an infringement that happened while the ball wasn’t even in play. The restart hadn’t been completed yet.

Norway took the corner cleanly, won the initial header, and scored. In my view, that goal should have counted.
