Tottenham Star Kolo Muani ‘Agrees’ Juventus Return as Exit Nears
Even as Tottenham Hotspur battle against relegation, one of their underperforming players has reportedly already decided his next destination.
Randal Kolo Muani has shown occasional flashes of quality this season, but overall his loan spell at Spurs has been a major disappointment, managing just one goal in 28 Premier League appearances.
Numerous reports over recent weeks have indicated that Kolo Muani will not remain at Tottenham beyond this season, with the club unlikely to pursue a permanent deal.
Some sources have suggested that Juventus—where the forward enjoyed a successful loan stint last season—are keen to bring him back.
Kolo Muani Nears Spurs Exit as Juventus Reach Agreement
According to a new report from Gazzetta dello Sport (via Le 10 Sport), the Bianconeri have made a decisive move to win the race for the 27-year-old.
The report states that Kolo Muani will return to Paris Saint-Germain at the end of the campaign but will not stay with the Ligue 1 side. Instead, Juventus have already struck a deal with PSG for the France international ahead of the summer window.
The Italian club has also reached an agreement in principle with Kolo Muani over a return to Turin.
Premier League Club Also Eyeing Move
Juventus are not the only suitor. Liverpool are also exploring a move for the forward, with some sources suggesting Arne Slot’s side could turn to Kolo Muani as a temporary stopgap while Hugo Ekitike remains injured.
According to a previous update from GiveMeSport, PSG are expected to demand around €30 million (£27 million) for Kolo Muani this summer.
