After a lot of reflection, I have decided to step away from football and my role with the Ohio State Buckeyes. This was not an easy decision, as football has been such a significant part of my life, and representing this incredible program has been an honor.
However, I feel it’s time for me to focus on other aspects of my life and pursue opportunities outside of football. This decision comes from a personal place, and I hope everyone understands that it is the best choice for me at this time.
I want to express my deepest gratitude to Coach Day, my teammates, the staff, and everyone involved in the Buckeyes program for their unwavering support and guidance throughout my journey. I will always cherish the lessons I’ve learned, the bonds I’ve formed, and the incredible experiences I’ve had on and off the field.
To Buckeye Nation, your passion and support have meant the world to me. Playing in front of you in the Shoe was a dream come true, and I’ll carry those memories with me forever.
