‘Absolutely Woeful’ – Jamie O’Hara Slams Tottenham Stars With One Given 0/10 Rating

Former Tottenham midfielder Jamie O’Hara was brutally honest in his assessment of Roberto De Zerbi’s team following their loss to Sunderland, handing one player a dismal 0/10 rating.

For Tottenham fans, it must feel like Groundhog Day as they watched their side fall to another defeat, leaving them stuck in the relegation zone with just six Premier League games remaining.

Incredibly, Spurs are still without a win in England’s top flight in 2026, and they’re sleepwalking toward relegation unless they can produce a dramatic turnaround.

Results for Nottingham Forest and West Ham this weekend have only made matters worse, leaving De Zerbi with a huge challenge to get a tune out of this squad in such a short space of time.

Jamie O’Hara’s Tottenham Player Ratings

Reacting on X after the match, O’Hara posted his player ratings for the Sunderland game. Dominic Solanke’s score stood out—the former Spurs midfielder gave him a 0/10.

O’Hara was clearly unimpressed with Tottenham’s attacking players, awarding both Richarlison and Randal Kolo Muani 1/10 ratings.

Antonín Kinský, Archie Gray, Lucas Bergvall, and Pedro Porro could take some pride from their performances based on O’Hara’s ratings, though three of them still only managed a 5/10.

Some of the ratings may seem a bit harsh, but it’s understandable that Tottenham fans are deeply frustrated with the players, especially as De Zerbi has now become the third manager to take charge of the club this season.

Tottenham Have Problems All Over the Pitch

It’s no surprise that O’Hara called out a range of Tottenham players across different positions—the squad has issues throughout.

Against Sunderland, Spurs offered little attacking creativity, lacked progression from midfield, showed disappointingly poor work rate, and Brian Brobbey had far too much success against their defense.

If Spurs are to fix these squad-wide problems, a busy summer transfer window seems inevitable.

Should they be relegated to the Championship, a mass exodus is likely—though you’d imagine that wouldn’t bother most Spurs fans too much.
