BREAKING NEWS: Roberto De Zerbi pushes Tottenham Hotspur to hijack transfer race for Fiorentina FORWARD as shocking Italian report reveals bold summer striker plan that could transform Spurs attack

Reports from Italy suggest that Roberto De Zerbi is eager to bring Moise Kean to Tottenham Hotspur as he looks to reshape his attacking options.

Spurs currently have several forwards at their disposal, including Dominic Solanke, Richarlison, and Randal Kolo Muani.

Meanwhile, Mathys Tel can also fill in up front when required, although he is naturally more effective out wide. Kolo Muani, however, only arrived on loan from Paris Saint-Germain and could return at the end of the season.

Injuries have also disrupted Spurs’ attacking depth, with Solanke missing a significant portion of the campaign and Richarlison struggling with recurring fitness issues.

These challenges have contributed to a disappointing season, leaving the North London side battling near the relegation zone.
Following his recent appointment, De Zerbi is determined to strengthen the squad, and according to reports (via TEAMtalk), securing a new striker is a priority.

The Italian coach is particularly interested in Kean, who currently plays for ACF Fiorentina and is increasingly expected to move on this summer despite being under contract until 2029.

Kean’s deal reportedly includes a £54 million release clause, but Fiorentina may be willing to negotiate a lower fee of around £44 million.

AC Milan are also monitoring the situation, though they are reluctant to meet the valuation. Tottenham, on the other hand, are believed to be ready to pay the reduced fee to satisfy their manager’s request.

Since joining Fiorentina from Juventus in 2024, Kean impressed during his first season, registering 28 goal contributions across all competitions.

However, he has struggled to maintain that level this term, partly due to fitness setbacks, managing 10 goal involvements in 30 appearances.

With previous experience at Everton, the 26-year-old is already familiar with the Premier League.

Now entering his peak years, he could prove to be a smart addition for Tottenham if they decide to complete the deal, though the final decision remains uncertain ahead of the summer window.
